Do you customize orders?
- Yes! All items can be customized based on preferences, allergies, special events, etc.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
- We kindly ask for the following:
Do you require a deposit?
- Payment for all orders is due when the order is placed or at time of invoice. Special event items like tables and runners, or orders made far in advance, will require 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of ordering and the remaining balance must be paid 1-2 weeks prior to the event.
Do I need to refrigerate my order?
- Our boards/boxes may stay at room temperature for up to 2 hours. If you are not planning on enjoying right away, please refrigerate and remove 20-30 minutes prior to enjoying. *Charcuterie is best served at room temperature. *Wrapped/sealed boards should be consumed within 24-48 hours of delivery/pick up.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
- At this time, all sales and deposits are final and non-refundable. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 48 hours of the pick-up/delivery/event date. Depending on the situation, the payment/deposit will be applied to your customer account as a site credit to be used on a future order.
- In the event of a rescheduled or cancelled event hosted by Let's Brie Friends, you will be notified via email. You will have the choice of putting your ticket purchase toward another LBF event or a site credit will be offered to be put toward an order of your choice.
